By downloading, installing, or using the Velora mobile application (the "App") distributed via the Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Nature of Styling Guidance & Estimates
Velora provides automated seasonal color analysis and garment styling suggestions based on optical computer vision heuristics. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Styling Estimates: Color recommendations and harmony scores are algorithmic opinions intended for aesthetic inspiration. They do not constitute scientific fact or immutable beauty rules.
- No Medical or Dermatological Claims: The App does not diagnose skin conditions, dermatological health, or medical concerns.
- Lighting Variables: Color detection accuracy depends on user ambient lighting, camera sensor quality, and daylight conditions.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Velora offers optional auto-renewable subscription tiers, including weekly and yearly access options (Velora Premium):
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings -> [Your Name] -> Subscriptions.
- Refunds: All purchases and refund requests are governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its visual identity, trademarks ("Velora"), original artwork, user interface design, and algorithmic workflows, is the proprietary property of the developers and protected by international intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velora and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including retail purchasing decisions made based on color advice.
